Gluten-free quinoa bread

If you suffer from gluten intolerance without being celiac, you could choose our gluten-free bread, but also all the breads of our product line containing less than 1% gluten.

If, however, you are celiac, this bread is the one that suits you; In addition to being gluten free (20 ppm or less), you will appreciate its taste qualities.

Make a good healthy bread, gluten free, is an art. First because normally to make a bread, it takes gluten to imprison the carbon dioxide bubbles released by yeast and thus raise the dough; Then, because to reproduce the texture and taste of bread, the majority of manufacturers use chemicals which necessarily has an impact on health and taste. At Inéwa, we use eggs to replace these chemicals.

In addition to being good to taste and having a pleasant texture in the mouth, our gluten-free bread contains 71% organic ingredients and is rich in fiber. It's not because you are celiac that what you eat should not please you or be good for you. We understood it!
