Christmas special edition For our interpretation of the holidays of a classical Indian drink, we have mixed black teas of quality superior to an exotic mixture of spices, including nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, strong peppers, clove and Cardamom. The natural spice and rum bread aromas give this cellar a single touch. Infused tea has a spicy flavor of gingerbread, with a moderately full-bodied flavor. This tea is great nature or with milk (regular or evaporated) and sugar. Some of the best black teas in the world come from India, the world's leading producer of tea. Among these teas, we find the robust assams, the muscat darjeelings and well balanced nilgiris. However, most of the teas consumed in India are not appreciated for their subtle shades of taste, but rather mixed with sweet and pungent spices for the manufacture of the cellar. The Chai is usually very strong, often concentrated, with a lot of sugar and milk. The traditional Indian Chai combines rich black tea, cooked in milk, local spices such as cinnamon, clove, cardamom and, occasionally, black pepper, ginger and red peppers. The drink is then sweet with sugar.
