Cohosh helps relieve premenstrual syndromes, regulate heavy or irregular periods, nervous headaches and hot flashes, particularly during the menopause. Chaste tree regulates the female cycle and helps combat menopausal and peri-menopausal disorders.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each bag contains 300 mg ACTAEA RACEMOSA root (Cohosh), 300 mg VITEX Agnus-Castus fruit (chasteberry), 600 mg Fleur de Matricaria Chamomilla (German chamomile).

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Cinnamon, apple, cranberry, hibiscus flower (Sabdariffa), orange peel.

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet (1.5 g) 1 to 3 times a day in infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
