Flour - Sifted Wheat pastry - Organic

The organic sifted pastry flour is produced from organic wheat. Its fragile gluten and its low absorption capacity offer the characteristics sought in pastry to maximize the friability of cookies and the mellow cakes. Halfway between whole flour and white flour, it absorbs more than white organic flour. But it allows lighter and less dense pastry products than the entire flour. This is the best of both worlds. The Organic sifted pastry flour is like name indicates the sifted. Part of the sound has been removed to make it lighter. However, it retains part of the small sound that gives it a darker color. The organic sifted flour can be preserved for about 270 to 365 days. It is ideal to keep the flour in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and sheltered from light or freezer.
