Dosage:

Dilute two drops in a glass of water and drink it at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary. For combined use, add two drops of each of the selected flowers (max seven) in a 30ml mixture flask, fill it with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day. If necessary, the original Bach flowers can be paid directly on the tongue or friction on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and cuffs. You can use the original Bach flowers as often as you want. If you are disturbed, only one dose may be sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need it.
