Premium Collagen is a molecular complex with multiple ingredients, based on collagen. Non-medicinal ingredients:

Citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, stevia, natural vanilla flavors, grapefruit and berries. Dosage: Mix a tablespoon with half cup of juice and drink before the meal.
