Protein brownies recipe

Ingredients for the protein brownies recipe
- 2 cups peeled sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp. ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp. water)
- 2 tbsp. tbsp melted cocoa butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup of hazelnut flour
- 1 serving of Athlete’s Blend Chocolate Protein
- 1 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
- 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Preparation for the protein brownies recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the sweet potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 15 to 25 minutes.
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, place them in a blender with the other ingredients.
Coat a Pyrex style dish (8 x 8) with coconut oil and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Then pour the mixture on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Insert a fork in the middle to ensure good cooking.
