Creamy Tamari & Sesame Dressing
Summer is coming. The good weather is making itself felt. The skin savors the first warm and therapeutic rays of the sun. We're getting back into shape. We update our wardrobe. And what do we do with food? We review the menu. We abandon heavy and hot dishes. We say hello to fresh salads!
Before you sigh and roll your eyes because I mentioned salads, give me a chance to inspire you with 3 Asian-flavored summer dressing recipes. Let's start with the first!
This week, I am offering you, as its name suggests, a creamy vinaigrette that accompanies both your fresh salads or your grilled tofu dishes.

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp Tamari San-J soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. table of tahini
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice, optional
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Serve over Kale salad, a bowl of grilled tofu, vegetable stir-fry or zucchini noodles.
